i love this app and have been using it for several months now, but i can't get it to sync with my online version like shown in this video. it syncs perfectly with my daughter's iphone (i'm on android). i'm logged into my account online and it shows the history correctly, but the favorites and list never sync. 🙁

Mark Poole says:

If you use multiple stores and list items are associated with a particular store, adding these items from favorites and having them show up in the proper list has never worked.

There are many details about the Grocery IQ app I like but when it comes to communicating with the developer they do not respond to email. Missing functionality suggest they are not dogfooding their app. Imagine trying to find something in your 180 items favorites list with no search.

Thanks for the video Scoble.

Mark Poole says:

You can't collapse categories, on Android, in a browser or on the i-pad. On Android you can't do a simple search of favorites or history. The i-pad app allows you to search your favorites but you can’t search an existing list. I can’t find the history list since the newest update for the i-Pad came out.

Printing coupons has and still is a disaster, syncing has gotten better in the past few months before that syncing was frustrating.

Bill Huston says:

The newest version 2.6 is useless. Pricing and history were removed. You used to be able to check how much you were spending in you check out basket but no more. Go to the Apple app store and check the comments to see how many unhappy shoppers there are since updating this app today. Please undo this update!!!
