I used FCC on my laptop it’s jam packed with quality curriculum and is completely free. On my iPad, I have been using the SoloLearn app for offline on my iPad, I also use an iOS app called grasshopper for learning JavaScript it’s completely free, and another iOS app called Py it is also really really good for teaching coding, sadly doesn’t have css though.
