My total was 62.43 so I reached my $60 threshold. Customer service said I didn't my $10 WC because I need to subtract $1:40 tax and $2.00 promo code for vitamins so that took me under $60. Is that true? I did get $10 in WC for spending $25 and another $10 for something else. But for the $60 threshold I didn't get the $10. The Customer service rep said my threshold should have been $66. Is this true? I'm taking the vitamins back on tomorrow since I didn't get my $10. I only got them to reach my $60. Can you explain this.

On Rakuten through Walgreens it doesn’t show my Walgreens cash back only the actual Walgreen app. Should I be concerned
