Walgreens is no longer a publicly traded company. It was sold to a private equity firm last year. If you have read about them, they run the companies they purchase into the ground and sell them off. They love to create confusion in the companies they acquire…
I get these all the time. After coupons, paypal , Ibotta and Inbox and fetch i usually make extra 6.00 to 8.00 mm.. They let me use the coupons and i get back the paypal. I've been getting them for 2 months now. I used it at least 5 times.

Thank you for addressing this. These have been showing up for a very long time in my accounts. I would clip everything just to have it done and just stopped trying to clip the rebates because it wouldn’t let me.
Now that you had me focus more solely on this – I clipped the rebate first and it clipped fine. Next, I clipped the actual manufacturer coupon and it clipped.
Whereas before, when I was randomly clipping, I must have been clipping the digital manufacturer coupon first because after the DMFC clipped and I tried to clip the rebate version, it would always say “sorry this digital rebate can’t be clipped right now. Try again later.”
So I was surprised that it just let me clip both the manufacturer coupon and the rebate when I focused on the order.
I just tried it both ways on two accounts and the only difference between the two accounts were the order that I tried to clip them. One clipped both and the other would only clip the DMFC. (who knows with Walgreens lol)
Hope this adds a piece of the puzzle possibly somewhere out there 🧩🤔❤️
I get these all the time and love it. Just clip it and be sure your email is linked to your PayPal. You will automatically get it the next day. Even more of a mm and freebie

CoverGirl has had both the digitals and rebates in my account for a while now and I've been thinking it will eventually change to all rebates. With savingstar, they made us link our Kroger accounts and that was a hot mess. I had to contact them constantly to get my money. Now Kroger has Kroger cash back and unfortunately, it's hit or miss too. I hope we don't have to rely on rebates for that reason. Gives Walgreens another chance to avoid accountability.
At the beginning of this week we had two rebates ($4.90 and 2.90). I got the $4.90 and the $2.90 rebate. First time it happens. The 2.90 is gone now. I was able to get both on the same transaction.
Ohhh man.. I have had my Walmart account linked for a long time and have earned over $4,500 back because I shop my groceries at Walmart based on what has a rebate to get to those bonuses. They do check if it has been clipped for Walmart cash as similar to DG it will apply there first but I had no idea you could still double dip if your account wasn't linked 😅
