The first few cycles after can be very heavy and last longer than usual. So they may still be useful for the heavier periods to come after. Even if you plan on nursing when the period returns from that can be pretty unpredictable.

Girl, stock up on always discreet…like the full underwear kind. They are literally the best for PP! I wish I had them after all of my kids. Also for your first postpartum periods, they are great for overnight wearing!
Here in Georgia they give mommies Pampers brand and also let you take bags home and Similac to help get u started. Just don't pack too much! You will not use half of it. Trust me😆
