I’m not sure what happened, I bought the same items as you did for the Palmolive + scotch bundle, and I only got 400 kicks. I even made sure I submitted under the bundle and not the 2 separate offers. I wrote them to ask for help. I’m new to this so it may be something I did?

Girl I would go to customer service and explain what happened and get that $4 back. You have literal proof of them lol. My store won't accept printable coupons. I tried them at the self checkout and they just beep and the SCO told me they won't take any printed ones. Frustrating!

I had the same issues with those poise (IP) and Finish (insert) coupons. Luckily the SCO cashier just put them in for me. I don’t like using the cashier lines either. I don’t blame you. If I do, I always watch them scan and listen for the beep. It’s the only way I catch it before I pay. Otherwise they won’t say anything.
Ugh, that's such a bummer when they don't care about coupons! Self checkout is ultimately the best, so they're just going to have to deal with it.
