Dear this is a complementary voucher. Desired dates pe nahi milega. Koi company free voucher apki dates me nhi deti hai. That’s common sense. Jab voucher lete hai tab client esa kehta hai ki hum jaenge, aapki services dekhenge, food try karenge bla bla bla fir membership lenge. To jinko sachme leni hai product vo 2000/- kharch karke Resorts ki services enjoy karenge. Sab muft me chahie. Hahahaha

ASK THESE QUESTIONS TO CLUB MAHINDRA SALES EXECUTIVE BEFORE TAKING THEIR MEMBERSHIP

1. How many CLUB MAHINDRA RESORTS are 5-star. (Gold crown doesn’t means 5-star)
2. Membership is for 25 years then how they advertise a life time holiday.
3. How membership is inflation free (If it is inflation free then CLUB MAHINDRA should not increase AMC every year)
4. What is the matrix by which AMC increase every year (It was Rs12000 approx. in 2012 and increases to Rs16000 approx. in 2016)
5. How many members they’re in the season which CLUB MAHINDRA sales executive selling you, and how many rooms do CLUB MAHINDRA having to make their members to avail there holidays (excluding rooms available for non-members and affiliated resorts)
6. What is the percentage of non-members allowed to make booking in CLUB MAHINDRA resorts? (No transparency on wait list number when booking a room in case of non-availability)
7. For white and blue season members, what if one is not able to book a resort 120 days prior and booked it 119 days before his holiday. ( Four months prior a person can only think of going for a holiday can’t plan it)
8. What if a member even after trying 2-3 times in a year doesn’t get booking at resort at his choice at his proffered timings?
9. What if due to non-availability of resorts from CLUB MAHINDRA, a member not utilized his 7 days holiday. (Why member should pay AMC that year)
10 What is the percentage of members not been able to utilize their authorized 7 days holiday due to non-availability of resorts at choice of their location and time?
11. If CLUB MAHINDRA is giving dream vacation to their members then, why so many CLUB MAHINDRA members selling their membership.
12. What is minimum duration of stay rule? (Non-members can book 1N/2D in any season but NOT the members)
13. What is number of guest booking rule? (If a member can’t take his parents with him then how it is a family holiday membership)
14. If a CLUB MAHINDRA sales executive promise you to help you in getting confirm booking trough out your membership duration, then simply ask him to give his employment/job certificate stating that he is going to work with CLUB MAHINDRA for next 25 years.
15. Don’t fall in the promise of “getting confirm booking whenever you want and in resort of your choice (CLUB MAHINDRA can never give this promise to you in writing/bond paper)

IF YOU DON’T GET ANSWER OF ABOVE QUESTION then just Stay away from CLUB MAHINDRA & say NO.

This Business module is very Difficult. Overall hospitality sector face a lot's of business hurdles. Their are few companies making profit from this sector. Clubmahindra is one of them. But person who pays off for this wrong module is ultimately no other but a member. If you compare it with any other five star property you would found this product expensive. For Purple season after all calculation night for three people including breakfast would costs around 19000 rs . For Four star property. Any time compare Varca beach property with Radission blue resort cavelossim.
