Find their email - copy and paste a pre written email template for that property.
I give the Airbnb link so they know which property, the rent and security deposit amount and other details for that property.

I am having trouble getting tenants in a private room in my house. Iβm not the best at writing descriptions and talking about the property. Do you have any pointers or examples? I want to make a template and keep using it for the most part.
Yes that is my problem, I was assuming they would reach out to me. I began to think maybe on the platform I should be sending some sort of advertisement.
So I paid a $100.00 just for leads. I believe I could make more money with FF than with Airbnb, Vrbo, because I'm essentially cutting out the middle man.

My struggle is getting tenants. My private unit isn't ready yet so renting out rooms in my current home. People love them but prefer private units (which is understandable). Besides that, these are great tips that I actively use!

I just started with Furnished finder and the leads they sent me are not active theyonly sent me 3. they keep saying its active. But I feel they're not. One of the lead told me they found a place 2wks ago. And the other 2 don't answer emails, messages, texts or when you call them. So I don't know how to handle that. Especially when they only send me 2 leads!?
In furnished finder stats they cities. For example "San Antonio, Texas ranks #3 in the state of Texas, and #34 of 19,654 cities nationwide.". What does this mean? Ranking is by searches, profitability, number of available homes…?
What do you simply say to them?
