My walmart is just ridiculous. If the coupon won't scan they refuse to take it or key it in manually. Even though the cashier looked at the coupon and was like…yeah this what the coupon is for but i still can't take it if it doesn't scan. I just don't buy the item. I figure i can spend my money somewhere else where they DO take the coupon or at least enter it in themselves.

I think it's important to note how they refund you when you go to cs. I had already scanned the receipt into ibotta before I noticed the qps didn't work. The associate was very happy to fix it, but was going to first refund the items. That could possibly deactivate your Ibotta account… at least that's what I've heard. She then said she would find a way around it, and gave me the cash back. That was so sweet of her, and she probably thought I was crazy when I said I can't return it due to the rebate.

I am glad to know it is not just me having trouble with this coupon. I used it at Target and it went through no problem. Just no I bot ta rebate at Target that I have seen yet.

Mine beeped as well but cashier pushed it through since she saw I was buying the item. The insert coupon worked just fine. I think I may have 2 more printables. Customer service won't give me $ for my ip's so hat wouldn't work for me. I'll see if I get a reset and try those ips again.

Walmart makes up their own rules. I've had one store tell me you can't price match and use coupons. I told her that was incorrect. She told me the system wouldn't allow it (I guess that's what the mgr told her) I said well let's try it and see and what do you know 😱

And, always avoid the cashiers that seem like it would pain them to smile!!! 😃. I actually had one boy at self checkout refused to take a coupon, saying that it was expired. The expiration was for that day. He called the CSM over and she said the same thing. I showed her the coupon that I had already scanned that were dated for that same day and she acted like she was going to refuse those as well. They seem to make up their own rules at Walmart! I agree with your suggestion to just pay for it and take it to customer service. I've had to do that before many times.

mine didn't scan either so, I used the mq that's $1 off foam and wipes. The coupon has a coconut on it.
