What Ebays Not Saying and Why Your Listings Aren't Selling 2025
There's a big problem at ebay and they aren't saying anything about it. I've been a seller for over a decade and I've seen these issues before. But the solution is not what anyone wants to hear.

I'm So tired of eBay sellers using USPS to create a tag and item says delivered but never was and PayPal won't reimburse because FAKE tracking says Delivered. So I'm done buying on eBay and losing my money. I'm also done using PayPal because they ain't what they used to be. I used to brag how awesome PayPal was but not anymore. PayPal has declined my last three (3) disputes when eBay owners have ROBBED me and NOT delivered my items. So screw eBay and PayPal.
Can anyone tell me how these stores can get a USPS tracking code, tracking displays updates yet NO package arrives and USPS text Package delivered!!!! Is USPS in on the scam??? And how does eBay continue to let these sellers keep right on scamming??? after they have been labeled a SCAMMER??!!!
I haven’t noticed any price changes but I recently noticed two listings where eBay deleted photos down to only 5 pics. I always put the measurement photos last along with any condition issues and both listing no longer had those pics with them. Just an FYI to everyone
15 year seller here, with most of my 35 or so listings 90% unchanged in the last decade. I only change qty when needed. I have noticed a few that disappeared in recent years. Surely never seen a price change. I’d be livid, but I’d still honor the sale. Not the buyers fault, I’d expect the bad feedback.
I could list a thousand complaints about eBay, but I’d have to get a real job if not for them.
Sure, it’ll prob continue to get worse; but it’s still the best game in town. If it ever goes away, I’d expect its replacement to be considerably worse for the sellers.
Sellers in the UK now don’t even get funds until after delivery. And freakin “buyer fees”!
We’ll get that here too, sooner or later.

Yes this happened to me. You did not do anything wrong, the same thong happened to me but with only 3 items listed i caught it immediately! The prices of my items were 50 to 60 dollars less than they should have been.
Wow! Longtime ebayer here-this is shocking to me…I know stuff can happen but this? This is on another level! Can I ask you something (if you have the chance to answer) as a seller-do you make the choice to lower the price of the item you are selling & send out messages to see if a potential buyer will accept that limited time price? For example-if I get an offer sent to my inbox because I was looking at your listing, is that something you initiate or is that a thing that eBay (or a bot that they programmed) did on your behalf? I ask because sometimes it seems like a seller wouldn’t sell at that price point yet here I am getting an offer…
