The plait like design detail on that chunky jumper dress and the white jumper is called "cables". Fair Isle is a type of stitch pattern worked with more than one colour/shade at once. I'm such a knitting and knitwear nerd 😀
I do think your hauls are a bit overwhelming! Even if I had all these clothes/jumpers you featured in your recent hauls I don't think I can wear them all through winter. It's little much. I wish you did more minimalistic videos and what classic pieces to invest it.
