lately it seems to me that the stores tear pads have been nearly empty for about the past three months. I know that a couple of times superstore personnel was asking questions of where I got my coupon etc and when I say I got them from the front door they punch in the codes and give me the discount. Maybe I am being just hypersensitive however being new to the couponing movement I am wondering if this is new or just typical behavior regarding the use of coupons.
