There isn't much to choose from in the way of God Fearing decent men, I'm beginning to think that she may never find someone to marry. I hope that I'm wrong on that.
No, I don't think that you are crazy at ALL. It is clear, that you are a hard working wife, who is, very aware of what it takes and how hard her husband works to care for his family and this is your way of appreciating that fact. It is a LOVLY way of showing it.

Yes you're pronouncing it right. It would be "q-pon" if it were written as "cupon". The OU diphthong is pronounced as OO, so it's "coopon" .
