This video is about how i grocery shop. I do not use coupons to grocery. My family and i practice healthy living and a lot of coupons out there don’t fit our sale of eating healthy. I wish it did so i can save on that end, but they don’t. We shop mainly at whole foods. It is very expensive, but we are saving so much on other items. Easting healthy does require a lot of expensive product. Health is important to become successful in life.

Maybe writing to some of the companies, they can send you some coupons. I like to grow my own herbs, parsley, chives, mint, cilantro, etc in the spring, summer, and I then freeze or dry them and put into glass containers. I have a bread maker, juicer, but I need to get a dehydrator. I appreciate your wisdom. I am a registered nurse and I love that you appreciate your health!! I would love to see how you make the fruit snack leathers. GRACIAS!!!

I can totally relate to this video. I started couponing about 4 months ago and it didn't take me long to realize that I really qouldn't be able to coupon for foods. I DO get a few items from Publix like Ectra Virgin olive oils and fruits and veggies on sale, sometimes almond milk. And they have stepped up their game a little with some items. Oh, I am vegetarian BTW and can totally relate to the price of natural foods. Co-ops are great. There's also an ap called Berrycart that's really good for saving on healthy foods. There's a website called mambo sprouts where you can get some coupons for healthy foods also. I am a HUUUGE Dr. Sebi fan so kudos to you for taking that road. I love your channel. Thanks for putting together your videos and I wish you and your family lots of success.

Excellent video. especially sharing your weight loss. what eat not to eat and what's healthiest for a person to eat. I'm truly happy to see mother's take responsibility for their families health and we'll being. Good for you. I've been eating healthier myself. I'm anemic and have a lot of fatigue eating a healthy way and taking my vitamins supplements are helping me. Also I like shopping at Aldi's for my produce it's cheaper though I like whole foods to but its to far and I don't drive. Their chicken quesadillas are delicious I don't know if it was organic or what but it was delicious. I don't eat a lot of meat my I'm not a pork eater at all and that was about 18 and up I like my meatloaf and love tacos. I have to make at least twice a month but I don't believe tortilla shells is that healthy so I have to find some organic tortilla shells or wheat or something. Also beef takes a long time to Digest. sorry for talking your head off. I'm single so sometimes I like to talk and watch videos that are very worthwhile like this one. have a great day and enjoy your family.

Divine Veggie Mama says:

Do you try apps like ibotta? Get rebates on your purchases. Whole foods will let you stack coupons as well, and buying in bulk you save 10%. Some of the stuff you have they occasionally have coupons for. Also, Amazon has great deals on the healthy items like spelt where you can get the subscribe and save. Good luck to you girl. Lastly, you could save tons on your herbs if you plants some herbs in small pots, then dry them by just hanging them upside down and you will have a bunch of dried herbs! They're really easy to grow and cheap too. Look for a bread maker at the thrift store. I found one for $15.

I'm so proud of u!!!!! I don't use cpns for food either,,, like u said I save on household and it is worth the money spent on good food to ensures family is healthy… I meal plan, make a grocery list, and I go to shopping once a week with $100 for a family of 5, we too are Hispanics so we need our avocados, queso fresco, salsas, frijoles. Lol… I would be totally fkn crazy if I ramen noodles or hamburger helper in my pantry. I'm a nursing student and I totally blame parents for obese children, they eat what the parents buy, easy fix don't buy that shit… u wanna happy long life??? eat healthy and exercise that's it…. u r a great example girl… keep up the good videos, make cooking videos, that would be helpful as well..

You are so blessed to have a husband who has embraced your healthy eating. My family is just not having it. Years ago I lost 54 lbs eating healthy and working out. It took me 2 years :/ I have since gained all that weight back and I just don't have it in me to do what I did to lose that weight the first time. Can you do a video possibly on how you cook fish and how you dehydrate the snacks for the kids ? I looveeeee that you did this video. Do you shop at Costco ? I get that sea salt for a really good price there.

MrDesoto1 says:

I tried shopping at Whole Foods.  It was difficult to find any coupons for their brands.  After a couple months of making long, special trips up to the store, it became a major budget buster for me.  Kroger has expanded their organics sections, and I can find some coupons for their brands, so I've included that with my regular grocery shopping/couponing.
