Ridge stole the idea and wallet concept off etsy creator, and changed the materials. Stole the whole story of why the wallet was created from the original creator. The only sales point on the Ridge is the name and the LOOK. It's not functional or comfortable and they fall apart.
As an owner and avid user of the Ridge Wallet, this is just slandar.
First. It will not scratch up your screen if it's in the same pocket. That's what the screen protector's for. And also, who does that?
Second, You didn't remove all the cards from the ridge wallet when comparing the thinness. Why don't you put some cards in that letter wallet too.
Third, who puts their wallet in their back pocket?!?? That's exactly how you get pickpocked, Also have you ever heard of putting it in the front pocket? That way you don't have to sit on it🙄
I actually considered one of these but the ridiculous price hold me back. Then I found out you can get a exact copy off of Amazon for 29 bucks. Everything's the same even the color options. Don't let marketing fool you guys.
Eh I have one and honestly these criticisms are kind of nitpicky. If you keep it in a side pocket that's not where your phone is, this is nothing. Also it's RFID blocking so you wouldn't use this to hold your FOBs anyway.
One legitimate criticism I have for them is they're $80, so you're definitely overpaying. There's similar brands that are cheaper.
