I´m single and if I went on a date with someone who brought a coupon (buy one, get one free) I would offer to pay for the one meal and let the guy have the free meal, because that was a big brain move.
As a Christian and a farmer who grew up with little $, i woulda been fine w the coupon, more likely to want a 2nd date. I woulda watched out for cheap and petty-ness, sure, but I woulda hoped for the best !! And with someone that fit, cute and funny… .
