…so, it did not matter which side won, THE Bank won control of the country.
That same tactic has been used for many hundreds of years, at least…The funds get laundered through various countries, to make it APPEAR as-if those countries chose sides, but, it’s all from THE Bank…& they MIGHT offer some reduction of debt for the countries doing the laundering, but, not always.
THE Bank has manufactured “support” for both sides of conflicts, worldwide, systematically. The warring sides go deep in debt, cannot pay it off (interest), so, Bank controls each conquered country, whether from civil wars, or from multiple-country wars. THE Bank controls it all. They just keep funding situations, building bigger & bigger debt slave populations.
We are on the brink of them forcing everyone worldwide, into a unified slavery.
Notice, some years back, the BRICS bank was founded? (Brazil, Russia, India, China)…”because, those countries were refusing to join World Bank, or did not like them.
THAT created Two main banking entities, now controlling the world’ commerce…& people.
That, to me, looks like those will become the new “2-party system” for a much bigger sham political/financial system. ..so, if NWO is allowed to happen, folks, you will be voting (sham elections, like now) for which Big Banking system you want to govern for a time.
Look at now…both parties spew the same scripts, only changing the names of parties pointed at to criticize. That was VERY clear, about 11 years ago, hearing media on both sides of the US, doing that on media.
It was Stunningly clear, voting has been being a scam for many decades…but NOT how public has been mislead…it is not the parties……it is The Bank, using big industries to bribe, which pulls the puppet strings, & decides which candidate gets placed in office.
Their vetting process starts before State elections, to vet which candidates will comply w/Banker’s agendas. If someone wins the vetting, & gets that top seat…if they comply, they get to live. If they go off-script, they don’t (Ref. Kenn€d¥).
Banking has require black ink. (Worked in banks…they said so).
They said: “black ink copies well, blue inks may not copy well.” But, I never saw them refuse a check, in whatever ink…as long as they could photocopy it ok….because, of the automated machines that must read checks.
Of course, paper checks are being forced towards extinction…so, maybe that bit won’t matter for much longer.
I have this book and others and you can look up the case # they was talking about and it shows you how folks got out of paying tickets and don't have to have a license nor tag or any of that crap

In addition, with HJR 192 is when they instituted the Birth Certificates to control the people and have the future American people become the collateral for all the federal governments debts. Yes…that’s right – your birth certificate is the TITLE to your body and it has been pledged as an asset. The holder has the right to the taxes and fines, fees, etc that you pay to the government through judgments, court cases, payroll, income taxes, property taxes, etc.

can i pay for something at a store with like a promissary note or a check with the codes on it as well?
My local electric company is denying my remittance coupon. They are saying it's needs bank information on it like the routing number etc. When I gave them the us Treasury routing number they said they couldn't accept it as a form of payment and the ucc laws regulate how to process a money order from the bank. Which I tried to explain the ucc laws to no avail. How do I proceed to get them to accept it?
