I had the same problem, I kept calling until I got my 4 news papers. I got the supervisor cellphone number that was provided by the supervisor. He told me text him if I continue having this problem he will deliver himself. My delivery lady stated reason why I didn't get my 4 newspaper is because she has arthritis and can't carry all 4 to my apartment.

I definitely think the paper owes you money for all the papers you haven't gotten, not to mention giving you some future ones free of charge. Grrrrr…..

Had this problem so I started going to CVS to get my early Saturday papers
i have the same problem here, i order the phila paper but i live in nj, i ordered back in june and have to call every week, sometimes i get half of a paper and not my inserts, so i have a credit going into October.
My dollar tree gets the Sunday early edition on Saturday and it has all the same coupons. You can have your deals figured out the night before.
OPEN THE DOOR UP ON HIM AND ASK HIM IF THERE IS 4. NOT ONLY SHLD YOU GET A REFUND BUT YOU SHLD DEMAMD TO GET THE MISSING PAPERS ALONG W A REFUND. TALK TO JEFFSAVESWITHCOUPONS ABOUT OTHER PAPERS AVAILABLE. The delivery man cld be taking the missing papers for himself. Tell the newspaper when u call that you hv pictures and cameras so you do hv delivery on recording.
Lately my coupons have been missing from my Sunday Chicago Trib. But this is happening BEFORE the paper is being delivered. Have called paper, they credit everytime this has happened and are keeping watch. Very frustrating!!
Best thing to do is have different names of all of your papers. Same address but different names. This way the paper person sees 4 different names and knows to deliver 4 papers to that address. Just go online to your accounts and change the names.
I have had issues almost every single week with my delivery person. I am handicapped and they are suppose to leave it on the porch. They leave it next to my neighbor's drive on the far side of my property no where near the drive way, or the end of the driveway, one time it was on top of my car. One time it actually was on my porch, but usually not. Everytime I call to complain I am told that the delivery person does NOT GET paid for my delivery if they don't do it correctly. I don't know if the same thing happens with your paper or not, so please keep complaining. They actually told me they were going to get a manager involved and still my paper is not on my porch. I think the delivery person does this for spite because they are angry that I keep calling them.

dollar tree stopped selling newspaper here in north of Chicago.
You see that on one of the extreme couponing show, this lady gets her papers free because she's friends with a newspaper delivery woman.
My area steals newspaper and even your packages.
Call the newspaper company after two weeks and they couldn't get it right I was like forget it and I only wanted two papers smh
