Some states in the midwest have a Walmart type store called Meijer. If you have the Meijer credit card, automatically save 10 cents per gallon.

The start stop feature does not usually work in my car if the air conditioner is on. So, would it still be cheaper to drive around with the windows closed? I live in Florida, driving with the windows closed and no AC is not an option. The start stop feature is estimated to save 10-12% in gas mileage.
Best tip: If you're 400 feet away from a light and there's no one behind you, get off the gas as soon as you see the yellow. There's absolutely no point in charging up to the light and slamming on the brakes. You're just wasting gas, remember the less time you spend on the gas the better. Just go fast enough to not annoy the people behind you. Drive smart, not fast. The fuel system all but shuts down on coasting.
