Bulgogi stew in an earthenware pot (Ttukbaegi-bulgogi: 뚝배기불고기)
Now that winter is almost here, I'm going to show you a hearty, delicious, meaty dish called ttukbaegi-bulgogi (뚝배기불고기). It's a stew cooked in a Korean earthenware pot. I also make a vegetarian version too! Happy cooking! Full recipe: http://www.maangchi.com/recipe/ttukbaegi-bulgogi

I made the vegetarian version of Maangchi's bulgogi stew tonight for dinner. I had to substitute a few ingredients. My stew was in no way as beautiful nor, I am sure, as delicious as Maangchi's. I have not her culinary skills. However, it was, nonetheless, delicious. Thank you Maangchi for your recipe. 🙂
