An irate customer was captured on video throwing soup into a restaurant manager’s face in Temple, Texas. Janelle Broland, 24, says the customer ordered a spicy menudo soup and called to complain that it was so hot it melted the plastic lid of the container. “I of course offered her refunds and was trying to get her either a replacement meal or just something completely different,” she said. But the customer showed up to confront her, causing a scene before throwing the soup in Janelle’s face.

I actually really appreciate the way the manager handled herself despite what that lady did. A lot of people would freak out and then it just becomes a fight. But because she didn't blow up. The video clearly depicts this lady as the aggressor towards someone who was just trying to help and resolve the issue. Her keeping her cool will only amplify this aggressive ladies action. I want to learn to be patient like that. It's way easier to just flip out and loose it on someone who treats you this way. And way harder to be patient and calm so that their actions will speak for themself.
And she would have been within her rights to beat her a**
