Several things wrong here. According to this video I don't see the customer doing anything wrong. If she did that part of the video is missing. The black bitch who has no business being a manager said she was cussing. It is not against the law to cuss. This is a grocery store that is open to the public. If the customer was cussing or in an agitated state you would have heard it in the pitch of her voice at the start of the video. The other employee said I can't ring you up bc she's the manager. She did not say I'm not ringing you up bc you were rude or whatever.

The other manager did not need to have a condisending attitude. Maybe the lady is poor and can't afford or needs to buy that many hotdogs on sale. We're done here … She bought 4 instead of 8 after the explanation. They seem to not understand the principal the customer is always right or customer service.

The lady is obviously dumb and or desperate. Where is the liberal sympathy here. As a manager just explain it to her in a professional nice manner. Why are we done here? She accepted the explanation and bought 4 packs instead of eight. She wanted her friend to buy the other packs. Wtf is the problem with that. There is literally no difference if another person had purchased 4 packs of hotdogs also. This store and it's managers are juvenile. The lady is also a little stupid but those are things you have to deal with when you serve the general public.

At the end of the day it's a f*cking grocery store and these idiots act like they are above it all or like they work on wall street. Idiots. Know your role. And it's widely known workers everywhere intentionally miss serve under serve or flat out disrespect customers bc they don't want certain people to come back. Black people of all people should understand this but they act all high and mighty and try to do to Asians Hispanics and Arabs what the white man does to them. Idiots.
