I finally got my coupons in the mail!
Bonnie, great video. I got my coupons as did my hubby. Sometimes just one of us gets the coupon mailer but this time we both did. They are not the best coupons that bbw offers but at least they are coupons! I really miss the coupons that came with one’s online order shipment. One coupon that I think would be a winner for both bbw and the customer would be coupons in your online shipment that extend “free shipping” on one’s next online order! I think that would be well received by their customers! I personally do not use bbw’s app. With my knowledge in technical security I am more focused on safety than convenience.
It’s messed up we can’t use the paper coupons twice anymore & they do need to raise that $16.50 to $17.50 on rewards!
Companies with Brick and motor stores want the customer at the store. They need to drive that customer that gets mailers in the stores so it is to their convenience to continue to do mailer coupons. Who really knows what’s happening with B&B works.
Hey Bonnie 😊, I think it’s random too. I’m one of the lucky ones who still get two at a time, one for me and one for my fiancé lol. Omgoodness I miss the in store coupons too!!! That made me so happy! 🤣

I definitely think they should load them electronically so everyone can get a coupon. I am lucky to still get them in the mail (one for me and one for my husband) but it would be nice if they did it to were everyone can get one. Like the idea of the in-store coupon book too!
I also heard their only sending out one coupon per household now. I have been signed up for coupons and haven't gotten but a few certainly not as many as I would of liked of course.lol I also signed my fiancee up on the coupon list and he's never received a coupon..

I've had may of my coupons 'lost' in the mail between the city it goes to first and my house.
I've got the new ones in my informed delivery for tomorrow😁…I've also been lucky to have gotten every mailer every month this year. Last year too, but for some reason I don't ever get any of the semi annual sale coupons that everyone gets🤷♀️
I use to get the mailer coupons but haven't gotten them in the last few years. I did get the one before this newest mailer and I was so stinking excited when I pulled it from the mailbox. I actually had to check the address to make sure the mail person didn't accidentally put it in my mailbox!!
Yes I remember when they use to give us coupon at the store i love bath and body works 💯❤️ I'm a loyal customer i go every week the worker's love me i even got picture with the worker's that's how much they loved me 🎉🎊🎇🎆🎈
