Bonnie I got two spectate mail coupons! One just like that one ! Plus another with 2 20% off and 2 free items! All together I got 6 coupons ! I donβt understand why there are two different types of paper coupons π€·ββοΈ
I got the 4 coupons in my mailer..2 20% off entire purchase, free gift uo to $8.50, and a free full size body care up to $15.50
I got one with a free 15.50 body care item, I donβt think I can get a body mist, but maybe a shower gel or lotion.

Haven't gotten a BBW coupon in YEARS now. Email and postal address are both up to date, I do make purchases, and yadda yadda. I'm just not special anymore, lol!

I also hope they continue to issue paper coupons. It might not be the cheapest choice to make, but I agree that a paper coupon flyer is just a nice thing to get, a lot nicer than just getting some code in an email. It's like books vs e-books.

Asking for coupons should not be tantamount to asking for a pound of flesh! That just does not promote business good will, neither does any kind of hit-or-miss inconsistency!
If BBW is going to ask for your phone number every time youβre at the register, they need to update their system so coupons and rewards can be accessed that way. Other retailers are equipped to do this and associates will automatically tell if I have a discount when I check out, why not BBW?
I see paper coupons going the way of mail order catalogs and the phone book but in that case, they really should give customers their choice of how they wish to interact with the company – meaning receiving coupons – via the app, email, by providing your phone # at the register, or even all of the above if desired.
Surely the BBW powers that be know by now that every other company does business this way!

I haven't gotten this coupon yet but I haven't had any issues with my mail coupons — they've come regularly for me. However, I can't get e-mail coupons!! I have tried signing up for B&BW e-mails probably 20 or 30 times, I give them my email address in store, I always check my junk mail, etc, and I never get the e-mails and haven't now for a few years. Luckily I mostly order online and those are typically listed on the website, so I don't run into issues there, but if I am going in store and you need to show the e-mail for the discount…I don't ever have them. If I do plan on going in store, I always have to have my mom forward me her e-mail for the coupons. It's so bizarre how this all works.
