The new aromatherapy line is called “AROMA” If you go to the body care tab click on the wellness shop then select AROMA instead of Aromatherapy the new items will come up.

I happen to work at bath & body works and the reason that they're putting the coupons in the app as well as the paper is because a lot of times people forget their coupons at home so we tell them that they are available in your app and a lot of times people

Question: is the new Rose Vanilla a repackage to Whipped Rose & Vanilla?
I've used friends paper coupons when they had already used them through the app cause I had never gotten any.. but I just finally received my first coupons yay. Idk if it's changed in the last month where you cannot use it twice. Hopefully not!
The only downside is I just did all of my shopping without coupons. This time of year I don't tend to buy cause I'm not a springy fresh scent person! :'(

I’m not sure why but BBW is calling the Aromatherapy collection the Wellness collection. It’s not like an official change but if you search “Wellness” on the site, it will come up.
If you are signed up for Loyalty Rewards then your mailers will show up in your mail and also in your app. This is in case you forget your coupons at home. I know it is very confusing though because most people do not realize that they are the same and that redeeming a coupon from your app will cancel out the paper one of the same. There should be a disclaimer on there letting people know. Since the Rewards Program is new in most areas, I’m sure they are still working out the kinks.
