Looks like your "fairy" helped themselves to the rest of your insert & just sent you the leftovers.
My Dollar Tree sells the Sunday paper for, you guessed it $1.
i buy inserts from someone on instagram. my package cost me $20 shipped for 20 inserts each of the 3 inserts from the paper. so, 60 inserts total. my package was just like the one you got out of your paper, on the right. i think you just need to fins the right seller. My fairy is from a state that always gets the tide and huggies coupons wherethe region i live in, in missouri, rarely ever get them.
