Chipotle Wonton Cups

Wontons filled with all your favorite taco flavors and topped with cheese, sour cream, and pico
de gallo!

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 12 cups

Ingredients:
1 (11.5) oz Marie Callender’s Cheesy Chipotle Rice & Beans Bowl
1 pound ground beef
1 (1.25 oz) packet Kroger Taco Seasoning
24 wonton wrappers
Shredded cheese, to taste
Optional toppings:
Pico de Gallo
Sour Cream
Shredded lettuce

Instructions:
1. Cook the Rice & Beans Bowl according to package directions.
2. Place ground beef in a large nonstick skillet and cook over medium heat, breaking it up as
you go, until the beef is cooked through no longer pink.
3. Stir in taco seasoning.
4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and grease a nonstick muffin tin with cooking spray.
5. Take two wonton wrappers in your hand.
6. Lay them directly on top of each other.
7. Take the top wonton wrapper and turn it 90 degrees, so the corners are all facing opposite
directions. See video for visual.
8. Place in one muffin tin slot and press down gently.
9. Repeat with remaining wontons.
10. Bake wonton cups in preheated oven for 5-7 minutes to crisp them.
11. Remove from oven.
12. Fill each wonton with 1 heaping tablespoon rice & beans and 1 heaping tablespoon ground
beef.
13. Top with shredded cheese.
14. Bake an additional 5 minutes, or until wontons are golden and crunchy and the cheese has melted.
15. Remove wontons from muffin tin and top with pico de gallo, sour cream, and shredded
16. lettuce.
17. Serve and enjoy!
