I agree with four newspaper as being a good amount. When ever I get more then that I end up wasting them.
Thanks for the tip on Menard's—I'll have to check there! Dollar Tree is hit or miss for me with finding any papers. Are there 4 in your family? I've read that a good rule of thumb for how many papers to get is one for each member of the family.
