I am an IBS sufferer too with constipation. Or shall I say I used to suffer! Magnesium Oxide in the 500 MG caps. Dosage is 1500 MG's in the A.M. and before bed it is 500 – 1500 MG's. It is OK to tailor your dosage. It is a water soluble supplement. My Naturopathic Dr. has saved my life! The type of magnesium is everything! You may have to get this supplement online. I hope this helps someone. <3

I've had IBS all my life. Make sure you stay clear of Splenda. A lot of chewing gum uses Splenda so be careful. I also stopped drinking all sodas, diet or regular. That helped a lot. I'm not using a 100% gluten free diet but when given a choice at the market, I will purchase gluten free. Try Gluten free polenta and corn meal it's wonderful on the stomach. Regular pasta kills me, but I can eat onions and garlic no problem. Be careful of all those ready made frozen dinners. I can't touch Lean Cuisine. Make sure you take a good Multi-MINERAL. It's especially important for IBS folks. One more thing that has helped me…Almond Milk instead of regular milk on cereal. Hope you find info. that helps you.

My grandmother had tummy problems, not sure if it is IBS but she went gluten free and has felt like a million bucks, im not sure again if she had the same thing as you but cutting back on gluten couldnt hurt 😉 best of luck.
I love your videos

I started the low fodmap diet about three or four weeks ago, and am now slowly introducing things back. Such an incredible difference! I've found that gluten, dairy, onion and garlic are the biggest triggers for me (all my fav things) 🙁

Speaking of Keurig, it might be wise to pick up a spare "old" model if you like those coffee makers. The new ones are supposedly designed to reject reusable K-cups or "off labels"

As I was listening to your video I was thinking "I need to post a comment to tell you about FODMAP"… imagine my surprise when I looked at the video and you held up the book. My 11 y.o. daughter as IBS/C as well. I watched a BBC show (Food Hospital) and they use food to heal medical issues – on one episode they discussed IBS… that was the first time I'd heard of FODMAP. We play around with food combinations but it's not 100% because I was doing it on my own. I've wanted to follow a more structured plan but didn't really know how. I was amazed to see the book! I had NO idea one existed. Thanks for this video!!
