Alright well i need help. So I've been couponing for about a month or so now and I'm totally against coupon fraud. Lately at cvs when I scan CRT coupons they end up being different coupons. Like the other day I used a $3 off secret on a secret product and it went off as a 40% off maybelline coupon. This isn't the first CRTs switch off on me so does anyone have any advice? I'm worried that they might say I'm doing fraud when I'm not. I talk to cashiers and they say there is nothing they can do since it's the system that is switching the coupons.

I had that issue where I haven't got any instant coupons and my crts didn't print. I called costumer services and they restarted my account. It didn't work. I called again and they restarted it again. It finally print at the redbox.

3 weeks ago I requested a new card because I wasnt getting CRTs from the Coupon Center. CVS Corp said my old card coupons would go on the new account. I'm still having issues. And on my app its showing the old number and at the store I'm printed CRTs on the new account. It's so confusing & I'm not able to do any deals. The cashier shows me there are no coupons just a mention that I'm a Careplus member.
