I didn't get the free coupons but I got 2 different crts $4 off $11 toilet paper. Can I use both of them together to equal $8 off of $11 for $13 worth of tp?

I have a question for anybody who sees this and knows the answer LOL at CVS I have a but 60 in hair care and get $15 off but I tried to do the online deal and it doesn't come off unless I have 60 after coupons. Am I doing something wrong ?
