🔴Why am not seeing these coupons on my CVS account? What can I do about this?
CVS randomly issues coupons to your CVS account based on your shopping habits as well as other factors. Basically, the more you shop the more you’ll see a diverse variety of coupons on your cvs account.
If you’re not seeing the coupons you want try asking a spouse, friend, or relative, if they have them.
🔴 My CVS never has this tissue. What should I do?
You should start by speaking with an associate.
Many stores have items in stock that may not be on the sales floor.
If your store does not carry these items, most likely they can point you in the direction of a store that does.
🔴 The shelves at my store are always empty, what should I do?
Most CVS stores have stock rooms. Ask an associate if they have additional stock for the item you are looking for.
Have a picture of the item ready, or be ready to point out the shelf tag of the item.
Associates have handheld devices that will allow them to scan the shelf tag and immediately see the amount of stock they have on hand.
Associates also have the ability to use the computer to search the inventory of other stores. This way if your store doesn’t have it they have the ability to tell you which store near you does.
Not all associates are able to do this, you may have to ask for a manager. Keep in mind that most of these things can be achieved if you ask nicely.
🔴My coupons didn’t work even though I had them clipped.
Make sure that you cashier scans each item separately. If your cashier scans only one item and manually types in the quantity of the other like items, the system will not except your coupons.
For lnstance, let’s say you get four packs of tissue and your cashier scans only one pack and then types in the number4, this will throw off your transaction. Make sure that they scan each pack separately.
🔴How can I get a price check, or see if the tissue at my store is on sale?
Use the “Red Box” also known as the CVS coupon center to scan the item you’re interested in. The CVS coupon center will show you the current sale price. This box is located inside of the store, typically near the front of the store.
🔴How will I know what’s on sale at my CVS store?
Download the CVS app to view the weekly ad.
