Ebooks, Amazon TOS, Amazon Coupons & Amazon Bullet Points! Today, I’m answering a two-part question.
1) Is it okay with Amazon TOS to include a product insert with a link to Amazon’s AWS service that hosts the PDF or Ebook? 2) Is it okay to highlight this PDF as one of my bullet points slash features?
Kevin asks: I want to include an Ebook or PDF download in my insert card or bullet point. Am I Violating Amazon Terms of Service?

Hey Scott! Great video! We are sending a one-page pdf with a link to the download page where our customers can actually download the ebook. We are now going to test adding [Important] to the subject of those emails to try to reach all of our buyers. Any experience with that? I have thought about including some guarantee wording on that same email in order to be safe about using the "important" word. What's your opinion? Thanks!
