I guarantee McDonalds cheats you on fries, you have to tell them not to pinch the fries and make sure you get a full order, I once checked the amount of fries and I got more with a small, then a drive Thru employee told me the management asks them to do it, but the pickup window said no lol but I know they do because my sons friend has worked for them for several years now and told me
I used to work at Subway. One of the steps in making the "fresh" bread is taking the thawed sticks of bread that came in frozen and stretching them before putting them in the proofer so they're the right length. I guarantee those footlongs coming up short was on the part of lazy employees who skipped stretching the bread.

I work at Burger King and I STUFF the fry containers. I put more than one or two napkins in the bag, especially if they've got a sandwich with extra mayo or something like that. We're only supposed to give one sauce for an eight piece nugget, but I give two. When making Oreo shakes, I put two or even three pumps of Oreo crumbs in the cup even though we're only supposed to put one.
I've been told off at one point or another for all of this but I don't care, we're supposed to give the people what they paid for!
