If you quit eating any fast food for a month you will notice your body getting thinner.
I gave up on them all after realizing they serve cold food at least 51% of the time or stale buns.
Take a pic of what you get with the meal deals and post it publicly. I guarantee it wont even resemble the pic. Grocery store, buy ingredients for burgers to feed 6 for what it costs for 1 fast food burger meal. These places need us, we dont need them.

All fastfood are not only expensive and also very unhealthy. 🍔🍟🥤🍕🌭🌮🍩🥞🧇 = Obesity, Diabetes and Chronic Disease. Eat home cooked meals.

I ♥ fast foods but I have been Fast Food free for over 90 days .
We eat out 2 times a week. As a Family. We would rather spend 120 on Korean BBQ and eat quality food.

Fast food is dead bcuz there is no customer service anymore. instead of your eager teenager, disgruntled 40 yr Olds are taking your order angrily, and unnecessarily telling people to 'pull-up^ when going through the drive thru. or the 50 something. Yr old owner yelling at you while making your pizza at pieology bcuz they can't afford to hire a teenager to make your Pizza. personally I stopped going into fast food restaurants bcuz of this. Employees are the ones running out customers, not the prices. Can't wait
