I got that offer from Taco Bell but you can only get it from the app. I signed up for the rewards but they send too many emails. I also get the Baja blast zero but they always give me regular and it skyrockets my blood sugar but supposedly you can make your own by mixing blue Powerade, Mt. Dew and Sprite. I haven't tried it cause Dollar General finally sells the 12 pack zero. Hope your doctor's appointment went well. I might have to try that quarter pounder deluxe but right now, if you have a account with Sonic, their Quarter Pounder Double cheeseburger are $1.99 so that's and half price drinks is what I eat almost everyday.
