Coupons are a wonderful way to save when you are young but it hard for us older folks to find a coupon that isn't for over processed foods, loaded with sugar and salt. Watch those labels if you are older. Paper products are a great savings however.

Samuel Duran says:

there are never coupons for generic grocery items, and they are still cheaper than discounted name brand items–usually. also, most coupons come in the paper and you might save $10 a month (if you think you need to spend all that on name brand stuff)….doesn't the paper cost $10 a month to subscribe to? all you're doing is wasting money trying to save money.

That was not helpful, and pretty redundant actually. However, you're pretty hot, and I would definitely hit that. I live near Tampa so if you need to be tapped, I could help you out.

You have a much better coupon system than we do up here in Ontario Canada. From what I understand you have double and triple coupon days at some of your grocers. Unfortunately, we rarely do up here. The only coupons worth having are the manufacturer's coupons, because those can often be combined with store discounts, although not always. We have a great discount grocer here in town and a fabulous dollar store. I've also just started eating less too which is a great savings tactic. Great vid!

Matching coupons to ad items is a good idea. If I have a mftr coupon for the item I intend to buy, then I attach it to the picture in the ad and take the ad with me to the store.
