I was looking for a video like this because I’m tryna get lean and I’m consuming three of these meals with 5 eggs and a whey shake which equals to 1400 calories and 130 grams of protein. Not sure why I’m not dropping weight fast
I’m on the Lean Cuisine/SmartOnes/Healthy Choice diet for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a banana or orange in between. So far, I’m down 15 lbs in 11 days.
I am trying to eat 2 lean cuisines a day (lunch and dinner) mostly pasta! I usually have a slice of garlic bread, and some green beans to pad the plate out a little as I'm usually still hungry!! (I'm from Texas!!) Lol… what did you eat for breakfast? I try not to eat much meat, but eggs are ok a couple of times a week.
that's not enough calories you couldn't survive by eating only 2 lean cuisine meals a day you can do that mabey 2 or 3 days but the average man needs to have 2,500 calories just to maintain weight and 1,110 calories to loose 1 pounds a week.
