Gameflip appears to have the most discount for Walmart gift card. Never done this and I wanted to test it out so I tried to order one $17 (the most discounted at 20% minus a processing fee of $1 ish making total discount of about 17%)- dont know why it is $17 face value though. After filling all the details of credit card info, billing address, I placed an order. Then I received an email saying that they needed more verification, asking me to take a pic of myself holding the credit card and one ID. So ridiculous that I started to think it is a scam to get people personal info. I emailed them to cancel my order and instruct my credit card company to go after them IF they refuse to cancel. Right after the order placed with my personal info, I received a phone call trying to sell me some financial solution. I deleted the call, block it and really now think that this is a scam.
Can we buy digital ?

Whatch out for the one that asks for a photo of your drivers license. Don't Do it!!!
