Спасибо большое. Я купил свой телефон в Литве, мне его официально разблокировали на литовскую сим карту, для того чтобы я смог свободно использовать его в РФ. Но регион остался по прежнему Балтика и Самсунг пэй не работал.
Благодаря вашей инструкции имея с собой Российскую сим карту, у меня получилось сменить регион, находясь при этом в Вильнюсе.

I bought my phone in Lithuania, It was officially unblocked to the Lithuanian SIM card in Samsung store, so that I could freely use it in the Russian Federation. But the region remained as before, Baltika and Samsung Pay did not work.
Thanks to your instruction, having with me the Russian SIM card, I managed to change the region while being in Vilnius.
