How to change region code for Samsung galaxy S3/S4 by terminal

CSC code contains information about software packages specific to a particular region, carrier branding and also APN settings for data connection.
If the PDA, PHONE and CSC codes do not match correctly, you will not be able to update your device over Samsung Kies and display “Your device’s current firmware version is not supported to update firmware via kies.” or via OTA”

Notes :
– BACKUP your data, because this process will delete all your data on the internal storage
– Your device must be rooted
– This will only work if your current firmware support Multi-CSC
– Devices which running on Android ice cream sandwich, just dial *#272*Phone’s IMEI Here# (you can get the IMEI of your device by dialing *#06*) …[root access not required]
– If the first CSC cmd doesn’t work, try the second one.
– I don’t test it for the galaxy note 2 or note 3, but it must be working, so please comment down below if it worked on your note 2 or note 3

hola yo pongo ese codigo y no me aparese nada me dice el terminal que es error yo decargue el csc desde playtore y puse el csc de mi pais sizo todo lo mas vien pero hara no se conecta al internet no me permite actualisarlo ni crear una cuenta google
