So helpful. I was couponing when my kids were small about 7 years ago but then after a while the couponing rules where I shopped started to change and it became harder and more time consuming and i slowly dialed down until I stopped. I appreciate this!

Wow I am so Interested in couponing. I am a shopper always on a hunt for a good deal … live thos 50% off stickers and stuff. I have ever branched out in couponing. I would really like to learn more canadian methods… I'm a mommy of 6 grammy of 1 and cant help but shop deals. I'd love to hear more about coupon policies in Canada and how to maximise your coupon usage. Americans seem to be able to stack coupons more. You mentioned stacking coupons on sales, which I didn't even know we could do here. What about limits, etc?
