If you compare the sodium in sauces and gravies and what have you they are loaded with sodium as well.i made my own lean Cuisine before and it cost me so much money and time and effort that it just was not worth it for me.i had to make my own sauces and even then,it tasted as though it needed salt.you know the cook at a restaurant salts the food while cooking,then again when tasting and then again right before he sends it out to you so I think eating Lean Cuisine is ok.I lost weight eating them.Just saying.I do like your videos.

I plan on doing this but I want to used my foodsaver, make the meal and put it in a baggie and suck out all the air then throw in the freezer

I started making homemade TV dinners. I bought some Tupperware dishes from the $1 store that can be frozen and microwaved. these are great for lunch while at work and have been saving me and my husband money. I make pesto sauce instead of tomato and add chicken, peas and carrots. thank u for this video.
