It never occurred to me to shop first then plan meals. I absolutely love this approach!! You totally rock!!!!
Another good app is Food on the Table's "Meal Planning and Grocery list app" you can put in what store you go to and it shows you the sales on groceries. Then you can look up a recipe right in the app and it gives you a shopping list.

Super helpful. I've never thought of doing it like that, grocery shopping first then meal planning. That's a great idea..when trying to save because a lot of times I've been in situations where I go into the store got my meals planned out and come out looking confused because I've spent way to much trying to make a specific casserole lol. Thank you so much for that added clip on the end, I will be trying this next week. By the way, love all your videos.
VERY helpful! How do you get multiple inserts (the ones behind you on the table) do you purchase several news papers? Also can you go over how and where you shop for paper products and toiletries? Do you ever do Costco or Sam's etc. Thanks!
