The home improvement store Menards runs rebate promotions all of the time, featuring different offers each week. Join us as we show you how to subit a rebate from Menards to get free and cheap items.

When you check out, you will have a portion on the botom of the receipt that is unique to the item you purchased that is eligible for the rebate. Look for the rebate form near the customer service area that matches the number on your receipt. Each item/rebate will require it’s own rebate form.

At home, separate the rebate receipts and fill out the rebate form. You do not need to mail in the UPC codes from the items, just the form and the rebate receipt.

Place the completed form and the receipt into an envelope and mail it to the address specified. You can include rebates for different products that are all being mailed to the same PO Box in one envelope (which is great because it saves on stamps).

In about 4 to 6 weeks you will receive by mail a postcard rebate from Menards. You can not cash the certificate, it is only good to use on a future Menards purchase. It is just like cash.

We like to roll these rewards by using them to buy new items that are offering rebates, so we gain free or next to free items without spending cash out of pocket.

Yay for Bay City Michigan!!!!!! hopefully things have gotten better over the last couple of years, so the local population does not have to rely on Menards rebates to get by…

Zachary Learning says:

People around here just tossing this things out. I found one for a $25 rebate, it was like finding $25 on the ground. Crazy.

Art Miller says:

why not an electronic submission process? save the cost of a stamp and avoid the chance of a rebate coupon ending up in the wrong hands.

Voice of Reasoning says:

She forgot to say the address is on the rebate form

J Nieto says:

Thank you for helping me. I appreciate it.

Sam Lion says:

Which address we need to send could some one tell me. Menards address

VJOFIL says:

Couple of cool things with Menards rebates
 – Menards Rebate money is pretax, i.e. the next time you pay for something, they'll reduce the amount of the final bill by the amount of the receipt and you end up paying tax only on the balance. This is because you've already paid Tax on this amount you bought.
 – You can buy other items on which you can claim Menards Rebate with this Menards Rebate money and not pay Sales Tax on it

Just got ours in the mail! $284.60, not bad. I agree that they need to put it in an envelope. If the wrong person gets a hold of this they got an easy steal. Wonder if they check id's? About to go shopping I'll let you all know.

Ottawa Mike says:

Title is misleading. Menards does NOT give "money back". Just an in-store credit.

Lance Williams says:

I take 2 of each of the forms at the customer counter -1 to keep for my recordkeeping, and I mark these when I get my rebate back in the mail. The card you get back in the mail is not in an envelope, though, and has the dollar amount printed right on it!!!! It's like (worse than)sending a check without an envelope. If anyone knows what this is, it is an easy steal. I would approve 50cents if they would put in envelope.
I have never been asked for ID when using my rebate, and only have 1 that Im not sure if I got. U can track at Rebates international also. they keep a list of Pending, issued, used.. Sometimes seems like forever til you get these back. Wish was faster. Menards has lots of stuff that is essentiallly 'free'. I get a lot of stuff there for Xmas and stocking stuffers
