I even showed the people at my church this and started some of them on it. We also use to stock up food at the church doing this for the homeless.
one man I showed this too on Food stamps gets around $90.00 a month. and he said he had to do without food some times, now he is doing it He has gotten it down to the point that he now buys around that $90.00 in food for $10.00. He i happy now that he can entertain
