Hey Kwook, I hope you're doing well. One thing my school did a couple of months before I graduated was open a school pantry. It took a huge lobbying campaign from students, but it offers essentials to anyone, from deodorant, graham crackers, dried spaghetti noodles, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and canned veggies. As long as you show your student ID, no questions asked. You could get it started.
