Japan's Go To Travel campaign hits Tokyo, how to use your campaign coupons
After being pulled at the last minute, Tokyo and residents of the city are now part of Japan's Go To Travel campaign.

As of October 1, travels with Tokyo as the point of departure and / or destination can now be discounted through the Go To Travel campaign, an initiative intended to reinvigorate Japan's tourism sector following the outbreak of the novel coronavirus.
In addition to this the Tokyo Metropolitan Government is eyeing further financial support for residents of Tokyo and their trips for leisure within the prefecture. We take a look at what form this support might take, in this video.
October 1 also marks the day that travel coupons to the tune of 15% of travel expenses (up to a certain point) entered circulation as part of the campaign. We in this video we look at how the travel coupons work, what form they take, and where / when they can be used.
