As long as the contract allows you to give your honest opinion of the game and allows you to point out the bad as well as the good then I don't see a problem. The SoM crap is what gets people pissed. I'm a long time fan and I know that you're honest. You shouldn't apologize for making money while giving your opinions. Now if you said a game was good because a contract told you to then there would be an issue. As far as the censoring thing goes I don't see it like that. If people fans or first time visitors alike are going to act like children then they need to be separated and made to stand in the corner. I back you in disabling the comments. I would have done the same thing. It makes no sense to sit back and allow people to talk that way to others. This is the ugly side of the Internet. People typically don't have to answer for being an asshole unless it meets some political agenda. You have more respect from me for the way you have gone about this.

Boogie, fuck these people. You're an excellent video maker, reviewer, and person. They don't know what its like to get paid for something you love to do and then get backlash for it. At the end of the day life goes on with or without videogames so you have to prioritize yourself over bitchy, selfish people that watch your videos. What was the issue with it being paid promo? You were upfront that it was paid promo and you mentioned things you didn't like. You didn't go into much detail, but it wasn't a detailed video period. I'm a new viewer and I don't know that I've seen any of your gameplay videos. I thought it was a bad, boring video (As in I'd be disappointed if I was the one paying for it) but none of that had anything to do with it being paid. I just thought it was very shallow and didn't provide much info.

Now if long time fans can tell me that shallowness was a direct result of it being paid and you couldn't go into that much detail, then I see the issue.
