How do you know it's genuine?
Aurafragrance in the US is my go to, also have an order coming from fragrancebuy in CAD ships to US. Not sure if they ship worldwide. Both worth a look, best prices I've found was on aurafragrance

Google is definitely your best friend when it comes to searching for a specific fragrance. Iβve bought on HSN and QVC also as they have great deals on unique sets.
all sellers on ebay are 3rd party sellers. I take it you meant Amazon?
As for chargebacks don't you try contacting the seller in the first place if you receive the wrong item? It seems a bit drastic to immediately initiate a chargeback if it's possibly an honest mistake.
It's also a lot easier to start a cashback claim in the US as the credit card market is very large and competitive. Here in the UK it can be a hassle even though we actually have protection under the law (section 75) for transactions over 100gbp.
Funny that there isn't equivalent protection under US law afaik, but it's usually far easier in the US. Perhaps it's because US customers have always tended to be more vociferous when it comes to complaints?
